1. Canned food

This is because, many of the cans used are coated with bisphenol. Bisphenol or also known as BPA, is one of the chemicals used in industry making plastic and certain resins. BPA is what is associated with breast and prostate cancer.
2. Foods high in salt
Foods that are high in salt are one of the other foods that can trigger cancer. Victoria Manax, MD, as chief medical officer at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and an oncologist, said that consuming too much salt can cause high blood pressure. High blood pressure is closely related to the risk of certain cancers.
3. Processed meats
Processed meat is one of the foods that are often consumed daily. Although it tastes delicious, processed meats such as sausages, hot dogs, pepperoni nuggets, beef jerky and cured meats, smoked meats, or using chemical preservatives, are very dangerous.

4. Instant food
In addition to the three foods above, other cancer triggers are instant foods. Based on the results of the study, it was found that this instant food, has a great potential to contain acrylamide.
Acrylamide is a food ingredient that can trigger cancer. The reason is, these foodstuffs can be formed when foods that are rich in carbohydrates and contain flour and sugar, such as potatoes, are processed using high temperatures.
