How to make home yogurt is quite easy, even the results are no less delicious than yogurt on the market. By making homemade yogurt, you can guarantee the quality of nutrition and the content in it.
Here’s how to make home-made yogurt that’s easy to follow.
How to Make Cow’s Milk Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 55 grams of natural yogurt
- 1000 grams of milk full cream liquid
- 50 grams of milk full cream powder (optional)
- 30 grams of sugar (optional)
- 250 grams of water
- 30 grams of lemon juice
How to make:
- Put a small container (for weighing) on a mixing bowl, weigh natural yoghurt. Then set aside.
- Put liquid full cream milk in a mixing bowl, heat 10 minutes with a temperature of 800 Celsius or speed 3 without measuring cup. Then let it cool to a temperature of 450 Celsius (approximately 45 minutes).
- Add a little (approximately 1 tbsp) cold liquid milk in natural yogurt (which is in the container) then stir well.
- Add a mixture of natural yogurt, powdered milk, sugar (optional) into the mixing bowls. Then mix and stir 5 sec/speed.
- When finished, pour into a glass container with a lid that is of sufficient size to put in the Varoma. Then rinse mixing bowls.
- Enter the water and orange juice into it mixing bowls. Place Varoma and thermal serving bowl in position, start fermenting 10 hours/700C.
- After 10 hours, remove the glass container and let it cool for a while, then put it in the bottom refrigerator (chiller) for 4 hours or until it is slightly solid.

- Cook the milk, not to boil or around 70°C.
- Wait for the temperature until the warm (not too hot).
- Pour yogurt seedlings, mix well.
- Put in a sterile container, tightly close the lid.
- Put in a safe place (do not slide) cover with a cloth, so the condition of the container is tightly closed with a cloth.
- Let stand about 24 hours.

How to make:
- Boil butterfly pea flowers with 2 tablespoons of boiled water.
- Add the butterfly pea flower water, full cream milk, powdered milk and yogurt, stir well and cook until lukewarm (warm like milk for babies), put it in the magic com and close tightly. Wait up to 12 hours.
- If you want it thick again, you can continue fermenting it for a total of 48 hours, put it in a glass container and store it in the refrigerator
How to Make Yogurt from Powdered Milk

- 135 gr of powdered milk full cream
- 1 liter of boiled water
- 4 spoons plain yogurt packaging (use biokul)
- Some fruit to mix
- Sugar to taste (optional)
How to make:
- Dissolve milk with boiled water, then heat it on the stove over medium heat until the temperature reaches 850 Celsius, after that remove and let stand 5-10 minutes.
- Prepare a bottle or jar that has been washed and dried. Label the date the yogurt was made.
- Pour the yogurt into a bottle or jar, then wait until the temperature reaches 400-350 Celsius.
- Put the packaged yogurt into the milk, then stir gently. Close the bottle and let it sit for 12 hours. Make sure the packaged yogurt is at room temperature.
- After 12 hours, check the yogurt, if it thickens, it’s a successful sign. Store packaged yogurt in the fridge for 24 hours before consuming it.
- For serving, keep the fruit pieces in a glass, pour the yogurt on top. Add sugar if needed.
