This activity is aimed specifically at young people aged 17-23 years who have a passion for the field ENTREPRENEURSHIP / SOCIAL PROGRAM community has / have expertise in the form of dance or attractions that can introduce LOCAL CULTURE and ready to become part of the ASEAN Economic Community.
1stDay : Airport Assistance, Check In at Hotel, Welcoming Party and Dinner Invitation : PPI Jepang & International Student Community.

EVENT DESCRIPTION
Day 1st: Monday, 17th September 2016
Airport Assistance at Haneda Airport, Tokyo
Airport assistance is an assisting set-up from the committee for all delegates. The assistance will be from Haneda airport to Hotel. Assistance means that some of committees will be in airport to guide the participants to come in the check-In point by using public transportation.
Check In
It will be in Hotel* at Tokyo. Check in is a registration for the accommodation of the delegates.

Welcoming Party and Dinner
In this session, the participants will gather in one place then the committees will give ice breaking games so that the atmosphere among the participants will be more conducive and dynamic. Then for Stand-up Business Talk, the participants (individually or groups) will be given chances to share their epic and dazzling experiences. International Student Community who will also give a presentation. All participants are allowed to discussion and built networking with them.
Day 2nd: Tuesday, 18th September 2016
Science and Technology Research Day
Participants are divided into groups and they will be challenged to Science and Technology in some place. The research place will be:
a. Panasonic Center Tokyo
b. SONY Explore Science + Lunch
c. The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan)
d. Dinner in Diversity Tokyo Plaza
Group Presentation
The group of participants will be give a chance to present their result of the science and technology research and history hunt (in video format) which they are going to share toward ASEAN Community. Their presentation will be discussed and supervised by prospective stakeholders who will be our partners.
Day 3rd: Wednesday, 19th September 2016
Historical Research and Cultural Development in Japan
Tokyo History Hunt will be one of the unforgettable activities for participants because they will go to some historical place and learn about Tokyo history. The journey place will be around Ueno Park;

Market Explore and Dinner

Group Presentation
The group of participants will be give a chance to present their result of the science and technology research and history hunt (in video format) which they are going to share toward ASEAN Community. Their presentation will be discussed and supervised by prospective stakeholders who will be our partners.
Day 4th: Thursday, 20th September 2016
Company Visit
The participants will company visit in Japan Company and any speech from Company Top Leader in order to enrich their knowledge about the business culture in Japan. Some interesting company are going to be visit.

Day 5th: Friday, 21st September 2016
ASEAN (+1) JAPAN INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM
It will be held in Hall. There will be any speakers who will share and give their experience, views and opinions about technology, social and culture in Japan. Some interesting topics are going to be discussed. The prospective speakers will be :

2. Social and Culture Antusiast

Culture Show
The participants will watch cultural performance and any speech from IYLA and Invitation in order to enrich their knowledge about culture in Japan. In addition, the participants can also involve in the culture show by presenting their national cultural attributes or performances.
Gala Dinner and Closing Ceremony
Day 6th: Saturday, 22nd September 2016
