Monitoringclub.org – Dizziness or headache is one of the most common health problems experienced by many people. There are a number of things that can cause a person to experience this headache.
This headache can also be caused by certain conditions that we experience. This you may sometimes accidentally realize when you skip breakfast or when you haven’t eaten for a long time.
Why Do You Get Dizzy When You Are Hungry?
Based on research, hunger and skipping meals are 30 percent of the causes of headaches. This number is far lower than emotional headaches, fatigue, weather changes, menstruation, noise, or lack of sleep.
Other factors such as dehydration, lack of food, and lack of caffeine can also cause low glucose in the body which can trigger headaches. This occurs when the brain perceives a low glucose level and releases certain hormones such as glucagon, cortisol, and adrenaline to reverse hypoglycemia or low glucose levels.
As a side effect of hormones, headaches can occur along with fatigue, confusion, and nausea. In addition, dehydration, lack of caffeine, and lack of food can cause brain tissue to tighten, thereby activating pain receptors that cause headaches.
