Pameran Jakarta Education Festival 2010 (3 – 7 November 2010)

Latar Belakang

Adanya kebutuhan masyarakat akan pola pembentuk aktifitas kegiatan anak-anak, dengan memperhatikan pola-pola perilaku anak dan mengaplikasikannya dalam setiap karakter anak, dalam zooning bangunan, tatanan massa bangunan, bentuk, tampilan bahkan ruang luar bangunan diharapkan pola-pola yang diharapkan akan terjadi, sehingga dalam aplikasinya ruang-ruang ini dapat menunjang pengarahan pendidikan anak. Maka pada tahun 2010, Kesekolah.com bersama Dyandra Promosindo dengan bangga menggelar suatu event pameran pendidikan yang dapat dijadikan sarana untuk menampung keinginan para orang tua dalam mencari sekolah yang terbaik untuk masa depan anak-anak mereka.

Maksud dan Tujuan

1. Menjadi fasilitator terbesar bagi sekolah, orang tua, murid, guru, alumni, maupun semua pihak yang berkepentingan dalam dunia pendidikan.
2. Menandakan bangkitnya dunia pendidikan di masa sekarang khususnya di pendidikan dasar sampai menengah.
3. Mengenalkan suatu inovasi dan kemajuan dalam dunia pendidikan pada masyarakat umum.
4. Mempermudah masyarakat untuk memfokuskan rasa ingin tahu nya dalam bidang pendidikan khususnya sekolah-sekolah.
5. Mengenalkan tujuan dan program sekolah agar lebih diketahui oleh masyarakat umum.

France 24-RFI Web Documentary Award 2010

RFI Web Documentary AwardFor the second consecutive year, FRANCE 24 and RFI are organizing the Web Documentary Award.
Within the framework of “Visa pour l’Image – Perpignan”, one of the most important international photojournalism festivals, FRANCE 24 and RFI are contributing to the emergence of this innovative news format.
The prize rewards the best web documentary that stands out thanks to its original outlook on a news topic and its effective use of new multimedia tools offered by the web. You can find here all the information regarding the award, entry requirements and the competition’s conditions.

FRANCE 24 RFI Web Documentary Award
FRANCE 24, the international news channel, and RFI, the international news radio station, launched the first edition of the Web Documentary Award in 2009 in partnership with the photojournalism festival “Visa pour l’Image – Perpignan”.

This project aims to encourage the development of a new form of information based on the wide possibilities offered by new media and internet.

This initiative is in line with the strategy undertaken by FRANCE 24 and RFI, both pioneer media in the use of multimedia tools, new technologies and innovative perspective on news.

Open to all, this prize rewards the best and most original journalistic project published online in terms of choice and coverage of a multimedia news topic. The laureate will be granted 8.000 Euros. In order to select a prize-winner, the jury will use the following criteria:

- choice of topic
- the journalistic approach in the treatment of the topic
- multimedia approach
- production quality
- interactivity

The candidates are required to innovate, to advance or contribute to the reflection on a modern way to presenting information on the web.

Anchor Point: Home to Station KNLS

Anchor Point, the home of station KNLS, stretches along the Sterling Highway, down through the valley of the pristine Anchor River, and atop the bluffs overlooking Cook Inlet. Just 200 miles south of Anchorage, an hour drive from world famous Kenai River, and twenty minutes from the grandeur of Kachemak Bay, Anchor Point is a destination choice of visitors from around the world.

Early inhabitants of the Anchor River valley and the beach along Cook Inlet, into which Anchor River empties, were Tenaina Indians.

In the summer of 1787 Captain James Cook and the crews of the Resolution and the Discovery sailed into the Inlet looking for the Northwest Passage. Anchor Point was given its name after Captain Cook lost a large kedge anchor to the powerful tide currents.

During the spring of 1896 gold fever brought a group of men and one remarkable woman to the beach south of the “Point” to sluice and pan for the fine beach gold brought in by the tides.

A hardy group of missionaries and homesteaders arrived during the post-war era beginning in 1945, planting crops, raising livestock, and building homes and schools. Many of those early settlers, and their growing families, continue to live in the area and enjoy the beauty and bounty that attracted the native families centuries earlier.

NHK WORLD RADIO JAPAN Program Monitors for the Arabic / Persian language October 2010

1. Monitor Qualifications

Monitor should:

(1) live outside Japan and be able to receive NHK WORLD RADIO JAPAN programs in Arabic / Persian on radio or Internet;
(2) be aged 18 or older;
(3) be able to communicate in e-mails in English;
(4) be able to write monitor reports in Arabic / Persian used in the programs received; and
(5) have a bank account which can receive money transfer made in Yen, U.S. Dollars, Euros, or Pounds Sterling.

Please note that:

  • at present, NHK WORLD RADIO JAPAN is not seeking monitors in the following languages: Bengali, Burmese, Chinese, French, Hindi, Japanese, Swahili, Urdu, and Vietnamese.
  • only one person per one household is eligible to apply for only one category of NHK WORLD monitors. (There are NHK WORLD TV Program Monitors and NHK WORLD RADIO JAPAN Program Monitors, as well as NHK WORLD Technical Monitors for which currently there is no public invitation for application. Therefore, if you are applying for NHK WORLD RADIO JAPAN Program Monitor, you are asked to refrain from applying for NHK WORLD TV Program Monitor. Additionally, other family members of yours, whether your wife or sibling etc., is asked to refrain from applying for any of the NHK WORLD monitors.)

DENGARKAN RADIO MADU FM

Radio MADU FM didirikan di bawah payung PT.SUARA MA’DINUL’ULUM ) merupakan radio religi pertama yang ada di Trenggalek . Hadir dalam kemasan dan program yang mengedepankan nuansa religi, menyajikaninformasi dan pengembangan wawasan serta memberikan edukasi yang diharapkan akan mampu memberikan konstribusi maksimal bagi masyarakat Jawa Timur dan sekitarnya bertujuan menyiarkan dinamika masyarakat sekaligus menghibur dalam koridor kecerdasan dan keagamaan dengan penuh kepedulian. Motto yang diusung “smart, care, religious”. Di tengah gencarnya informasi yang disajikan oleh berbagai pengelosa jasa informasi elektronik kepada khalayak yang cenderung bebas, maka MADU FM hadir memberikan alternatif informasi dan hiburan dengan nuansa keagamaan. Ketika kehidupan semakin mengarah pada globalisasi yang tak terbantahkan, MADU FM tidak tinggal diam hanya menonton dinamika yang berjalan. Di sinilah MADU FM memposisikan diri sebagai media alternatif bagi masyarakat di wilayah eks Karesidenan Kediri.

Kelahiran MADU FM bersamaan dengan kegelisahan masyarakat, khususnya warga pedesaan, akan adanya hiburan radio yang berbeda dengan yang berkembang selama ini. Sebab dunia pop yang mewarnai radio-radio milik pemerintah maupun swasta pasca reformasi justru terasa ada yang kurang di hati masyarakat. Hiburan-hiburan yang semata duniawi ternyata tidak memberikan kepuasan batin masyarakat. Maka ketika masyarakat merasa kurang, MADU FM hadir untuk memberikan kesempurnaan atas keinginan mereka dengan slogan utama demi mencerdaskan masyarakat dengan sentuhan ukhrowi.
